Bank Monitoring Services

We offer an initial construction appraisal report on behalf of banks and other lenders.  Included is the subsequent monitoring of the construction phase to ensure the banks and/or funders interests are protected.   We issue regular construction monitoring reports, which are normally monthly for valuation and drawdown purposes.
