Following two separate road traffic accidents, which damaged sections of the front facade, PBC have recently administered the external repair and redecoration of the Portman Estate’s Head Office at Seymour Street, London, W1.

Rosebury Avenue, London

PBC have acted in a dual role for Lonely Planet Publications in advising them upon thier dilapidations obligations arising at their head office building in Rosebury Avenue, London, WC1 and managing the resultant reinstatement works. The works had to be completed in a short time frame to allow the property to be handed back in repair, sufficient to comply with a conditional lessee break option.
