"Beaconsfield Motorway Services are Motoring On...."

Pbc were appointed in 2008 as Project Manager and Employers Agent for the development of a new motorway service area at J2 of the M40.  Carillion Regional Building Limited were appointed main contractor last year and commenced work on site in December 2007, with completion due February 2009.

Construction costs are over £20,000,000 and the project has involved extensive on site soils and tree translocation on the site of an ancient woodland.

Pbc are also project managing the development of a new motorway services area at J10 of the M25, which is due to start later this year and are carrying out Building Contract Administration duties as Employers Agent on two further Trunk Road. Service area developments in progress at Leicester & Derby, both due for opening in Summer 2008.
