"Five for Chelsea"

PBC have recently handed over in phases five period town houses in Chelsea, London, SW3  following a comprehensive refurbishment managed by PBC.  The project which commenced in March 2007, sees the five properties brought into back into rental producing condition in the high end lettings market, from their previously dilapidated condition. The £1.1m contract included the provision of a mansard roof extension and the complete stripping out and replacement of the internal bathrooms, kitchens, finishes and services at the property. The first property handed over last month has already been let.
