Paul Phillips
Managing Director

Paul started PBC in 2001 and has grown the business since its inception There is no doubting his motivation and drive which he applies to everything he does. Primarily he was trained as a Building Surveyor but as part of his training included Project Management, which means he has a foot in both camps in terms of the PBC structure.
Paul gives clients a complete service, his enthusiasm shows at every turn helping clients to realise or resolve their aspirations.
David Jackson

Over thirty five years experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor, with particular expertise in Due Diligence Building Surveys, Dilapidations Advice and Project Monitoring. This makes David our "Senior Pro" and a very safe pair of hands.
Outside the office David has more than a passing knowledge and interest in fine wine, and is also heavily involved in his local community.
David's extensive knowledge and experience of all types of Buildings enables him to offer his Clients balanced and considered advice.
Alistair Slater
Director

When Alistair is in the office he can be found at his desk dictating reports furiously or on the phone directing operations. He leads his team with an enthusiasm not for the faint hearted.
Heads up The Professional Services Team - PBC having been with the Buisness since it started. Alistair covers all aspects of the Professional Services provided at PBC with particular majoring of bank monitoring and landed estate work.
Alistair is hugely pragmatic and when coupled with his superb technical knowledge, he offers a first class service to his clients, delivered with a wry wit!
