Acting on behalf of occupiers, we advise them on their best strategy for relocation. This includes developing the client brief, test-fit, space audit and planning services, budget cost plan and project programming.  Then we manage the fitting out and relocation project for the client through to the handover, including IT commissioning, furniture procurement and client occupation.
